Graphic Design FAQs
What services do you offer?
Logos, brochures, business cards, letterhead, booklets, envelopes, posters, banners, signage, social media graphics, digital marketing ads, email marketing, and more. Have an off-the-wall idea or need something that’s not on the list? Send it my way.
How much is a logo package and what’s included?
Please reach out for pricing — every project is a little different. You can see what’s included in each package over in the shop.
How long have you been a graphic designer?
I’ve been working as a designer since 2017, with a master’s degree in art education from the University of Akron.
How does the design process work?
It starts with a Design Brief — a short questionnaire that tells me what you need — followed by a Zoom consultation. From there I put together a concept and email you a PNG to review, we hop on Zoom again to talk through changes, I send a revision, and we do one more check-in before I release your completed files.
Do you offer anything besides pay upfront?
Yes — upfront payment builds trust on both sides, so the sale prices in my shop are an online-only incentive. Contract work reflects standard pricing with a 50% deposit upfront; pay the remainder within 5 days of invoice for a 2% discount, or within 30 days otherwise. Message me if you’d like to talk through a contract.
Do graphic designers do websites or coding?
Traditional web development, no — that’s a different specialty from graphic design. But if what’s actually slowing you down is repetitive busywork rather than a coded website, that’s exactly what my AI Automations side is built for — worth a look if that sounds like you.
Why is branding (and logos) important?
A logo can say a lot about your company — bold and recognizable, or working harder for you through imagery and symbolism that speaks to a specific audience. Check out the portfolio to see it in action, or reach out if you already have an idea in mind.
Do you do any last-minute designs or quick turnaround jobs?
I do — reach out with the details and we’ll figure out a timeline that works.
What if the packages aren’t in my budget?
Just ask — I’m happy to work with extenuating circumstances.
Who owns the copyright?
You get full ownership of your logo once it’s finished, plus all the working files. I keep the right to show the design in my own portfolio and marketing as its creator. Other design work (print, social media, etc.) keeps its copyright with me.
AI Automations
AI Automations FAQs
What kinds of tasks can you automate?
Anything repetitive that’s eating your time — following up on leads, sorting and responding to emails, updating spreadsheets, syncing data between tools, scheduling, reporting. If you’re doing the same click-heavy task every week, there’s a good chance it can be automated.
How does the free website scan work?
Paste your URL and my “digital minions” take a look around, flagging the busywork opportunities they find — no email required, no obligation. It’s a quick way to see what’s possible before we ever talk.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. I handle the building; you just use it — through a form, a button, or a tool you already have open every day.
How long does it take to build and launch an automation?
It depends on the complexity, but most single-workflow automations go from kickoff to live in one to two weeks.
What tools or platforms do you build with?
Mostly modern no-code and low-code automation platforms (think n8n and similar), connected to whatever software you already run — Gmail, spreadsheets, your CRM, and more.
Will an automation work with the software I already use?
In most cases, yes. Most everyday business tools connect through APIs, and if something doesn’t have a ready-made connection, there’s usually a workaround. Send me your website scan or a quick description of your stack and I’ll tell you honestly if it’s a fit.
How much does an automation typically cost?
It varies by scope — a single simple workflow costs a lot less than a multi-step system. Reach out with what you’re hoping to automate and I’ll put together a quote.
What happens after it’s built — do you offer support?
Yes. I don’t just hand it off and disappear — every automation comes with a check-in period, and I’m available afterward if something needs adjusting as your business changes.
