- Prep Questionnaire – A short form about your goals, current tools, and pain points, so our time together is spent on strategy instead of the basics.
- 1:1 Zoom Call – A live working session (2 hours) where we map out, step by step, exactly how an automation (or several) should work for your business.
- Automation Roadmap – A written, step-by-step plan you can hand off to a developer, use yourself, or have me build for you afterward.
- Tool Recommendations – Suggestions for which platforms or integrations make the most sense for what you’re trying to do, based on what you’re already using.
- Follow-Up Summary – A recap email with the roadmap attached, so you have everything in writing after we hang up.
