Thanks you for your interest in the Poster! Please read on to learn more about what is included and what you should expect. I’m always happy to answer any questions here.

The Poster includes –

• One Concept – A concept is the first design you get from me. After I gather enough information from you, I will begin designing. The more information you provide, the closer we will be to a finished product on the first try!
• One Revision – A revision is what you get from me after you provide feedback on the concept and I rework the design.
• Files – After we finish our collaboration, these will be emailed to you. They include:
  • Ai file and EPS file
  • print ready PDF
  • PNG white background, PNG transparent background, high resolution JPG
• Brand Style Guide – Finally, this is a document that I provide at handoff that explains the “rules” for using your Poster. A few of these “rules” are:
  • which fonts are used (and where to download them)
  • color swatches with included hex numbers
  • sizing, spacing, border, margins, etc.

The Process –

• Design Brief – When you place an order, you will automatically receive a document to fill out and send back to me. This document has a variety of questions that will prompt you to tell me about what you do and don’t want. I encourage people to send photos of what they do/don’t like on existing Posters to help me understand better. For Poster examples, click here. The more information, the closer the concept will be to what you really want. This will also help me to create a concept for you that will be target audience specific. Sometimes the questions feel silly or redundant, but they are important!
• Zoom Consultation – Once I have the brief, we can schedule a zoom meeting to talk about the information you gave me and so I can ask you any questions I have.
• Concept – After I work on your design, I will email your PNG concept for your review. It can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks for me to work on the design and send it over depending on my current workload. I do have an Expedited Design listing in the Shop for those who need it sooner than 1 week.
• Zoom Consultation – After you have reviewed the concept, we will schedule a zoom meeting to discuss what changes you might like.
• Revision – I will email your PNG revision for your review. It can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks for me to work on the revision and send it over depending on my current workload. If you have already purchased the Expedited Design, I will have the revision to you within the week.
• Zoom Consultation – At this point, we will meet again via Zoom to discuss whether you would like to purchase another revision (also in the Shop) or if you are happy with the result. Lastly, I will explain the Brand Style Guide.
• Release of files – At this point, I will email you your completed Poster and all the associated files.
