The Social Media Package: Silver Level includes –

• The Silver Level includes 10 posts for social media posting purposes.
• One Concept – A concept is the first design you get from me. After I gather enough information from you, I will begin designing. The more information you provide, the closer we will be to a finished product on the first try!
• One Revision – A revision is what you get from me after you provide feedback on the concept and I rework the design.
• Files – After we finish our collaboration, these will be emailed to you. They include:
  • print ready PDF
  • PNG white background, PNG transparent background, high resolution JPG

The Process –

• Design Brief – When you place an order, you will automatically receive a document to fill out and send back to me. This document has a variety of questions that will prompt you to tell me about what you do and don’t want. I encourage people to send photos of what they do/don’t like on existing Social Media Content to help me understand better. For Social Media Content examples, click here. The more information, the closer the concept will be to what you really want. This will also help me to create a concept for you that will be target audience specific. Sometimes the questions feel silly or redundant, but they are important!
• Zoom Consultation – Once I have the brief, we can schedule a zoom meeting to talk about the information you gave me and so I can ask you any questions I have.
• Concept – After I work on your design, I will email your PNG concept for your review. It can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks (No Rush) for me to work on the design and send it over depending on my current workload. The Rush option guarantees turnaround in less than a week.
• Zoom Consultation – After you have reviewed the concept, we will schedule a zoom meeting to discuss what changes you might like.
• Revision – I will email your PNG revision for your review. It can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks (No Rush) for me to work on the revision and send it over depending on my current workload. The Rush option guarantees turnaround in less than a week.
• Zoom Consultation – At this point, we will meet again via Zoom to discuss if you are happy with the result.
• Release of files – At this point, I will email you your completed Social Media Content and all the associated files.
